On April 5, 2025, a mass flash mob "Exercise with VolgSMU" will take place in the amphitheatre on the lower terrace of the Central Embankment. This event, organised by volunteers of public health of Volgograd State Medical University, invites everyone to join the morning physical training.
The warm-up will be conducted under the guidance of experienced teachers of the Department of Physical Education and Health of VolgSMU. Students of all specialties and areas of training will take part in the exercise. Public health volunteers will provide organizational support and personally take part in the event.
We invite all VolgSMU students and city
residents to join the mass flash mob "Exercise with VolgSMU". This is
a great opportunity to start the day with invigorating exercises, to recharge
with energy and positivity for the whole day.
