From April 14 to 19, 2025, one of the most significant sports events of the year will be held - X Sports Festival of students of medical and pharmaceutical universities of Russia with international participation. Under the motto "Physical education and sports - the second profession of a doctor", the festival will bring together the best athletes from among students who strive to combine high academic achievements with an active sporty life.
The festival is aimed at popularizing physical education and sports among future doctors and pharmacists. After all, physical activity is not only the basis of health, but also an important element of professional growth. Sports help develop endurance, concentration and team spirit necessary for a successful career in medicine.
The festival programme includes competitions in various sports, including athletics, volleyball, basketball, swimming and chess. Participants will be able to demonstrate their skills, as well as exchange experiences and make new acquaintances with colleagues from different regions and countries.
